Nestled in the modern River Park complex, this row house exemplifies contemporary minimalism, blending natural materials with clean lines to create a seamless connection between modern living and the surrounding environment.

The design focuses on a harmonious balance of textures, tones, and natural finishes, resulting in a warm yet sophisticated atmosphere. The palette revolves around natural oak, contrasted with the striking veins of Brazza stone and set against a creamy porcelain background, adding elegance and depth to the space.

The kitchen design captures simplicity and functionality with a strong visual presence. Vertical textures on the cabinetry in natural oak are paired with sleek white porcelain backsplashes, accentuated by the dramatic dark veins of Brazza stone. Black elements, such as built-in appliances, sockets, and edging details, add a modern contrast, while soft natural light enhances the tactile qualities of the materials.

The dining area is defined by a centerpiece: a custom oval oak table that exudes timeless charm. Paired with upholstered gray chairs, it bridges style and comfort. The soft forms and natural tones lend a sense of warmth and serenity to the open-plan living space, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and functionality.

The project’s material palette is thoughtfully curated to create cohesion between zones:

• Polished Microcement Flooring: Covering the floors and parts of the walls, the seamless surface adds a monolithic and modern feel, uniting the different levels of the home.

• Wood Accents: Oak panels and cabinetry balance the coolness of stone and microcement, adding warmth and inviting texture.

• Decorative Details: Subtle elements, such as concealed doors and refined lighting fixtures, elevate the space with understated elegance.

The kitchen island, clad in stone with striking veining, serves as a sculptural focal point, bridging the kitchen and dining areas while maintaining functionality. A wood-burning fireplace in the living area enhances the cozy atmosphere, complementing the clean yet inviting design.
